WELCOME TO FULFILLMENT & NEW BEGINNING TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

Our program is open to veterans, individuals transitioning from homelessness, returning citizens, low-income adults, and those with mild mental or physical challenges who can live independently. 

Each resident receives a shared room in a structured home. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to our wellness checks, life skills support, case management, and community referrals are included.

Yes. Our homes operate under clear rules and expectations. Staff conduct weekly wellness checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and well-being.

Length of stay is based on individual progress and readiness. Our goal is to provide stability and support for as long as needed to promote independent living. 

Our housing is affordably priced and includes all utilities and support services. Specific pricing details are discussed during the intake process. 

Basic furnishings are provided. Residents are welcome to bring small personal items that do not overcrowd the shared space or violate house rules.

While we do not directly provide these services, we offer referrals to trusted community partners who specialize in employment, counseling, and other resources.

Yes, shared supportive housing is designed to provide a safe and secure living environment for participants. Fulfillment & New Beginning implements safety measures such as regular property maintenance, security protocols, and staff oversight to ensure the well-being of program participants. There is also 24/7 surveillance of all properties via cameras in a common area

Currently, our program serves single adults only and does not offer housing for families or women with children. We suggest connecting with local social service agencies, shelters, housing authorities, or community organizations for assistance in finding suitable resources. 

To apply, individuals will need to contact the program provider directly or be referred by a social service agency, healthcare provider, or community organization. The application process will involve completing an intake assessment, providing documentation of eligibility, and participating in interviews or screenings.
